Key Expressions - Returns and Refunds
We must be notified of your intention to return an item within 30 days of the date on which the order was received.
Please note that in line with current legislation PERSONALISED items that are NOT damaged or incorrectly personalised CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund.

If an item is being returned because it is damaged or incorrect then upon successful processing of your return we will refund the basic cost of return postage by Royal Mail First Class Post. If the returned item is not received we will ask for proof of postage so please ensure that you obtain this when returning items to us.
If the item being returned is not personalised and the only reason for return is because it is no longer required then we will not refund the cost of return postage and will only refund the cost of the item if it is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
